Jack Barr, owner of Barr Productions, was born deaf. As a result he has a great deal of knowledge with the frustration experienced by the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and those with Hearing or Vision Loss. For all of his adult life he has worked for the advancement of Deaf issues. Jack understands your issues, knows how you are feeling and sincerely wants to help!
